How to Order Consultations and
Reports

All services and reports provided by Celestial Outlook are explained in detail on the
pages in this website. Prices and
shopping cart buttons are also provided.
If you used the shopping cart button, you may at any time proceed to
viewing your cart or go to checkout.
After you have provided the requested information you will be returned
to this page for filling out chart information and selecting the type
of consultation you are interested
in.
Types of Consultations Available:
Personal Consultation
A personal consultation can
be held at my business office in Encinitas.
Upon receipt of your order I will contact you to make arrangements via
e-mail or phone number you provide.
Phone Consultation
A time will be arranged for a
consultation and interpretation of your chart information over the
phone. After the reading I will mail
you a colored printout of your birth chart and the tape recording of the phone
consultation. Phone charges are client’s
responsibility.
Reading
Recorded on Audiocassette Tape
A
recording of your reading will be mailed it to you along with your colored
chart wheel. Questions you may
have after listening to your tape may be addressed in a 15-minute phone consultation
or by email or letter.
Email or Written Document Consultation
Your consultation is available to
you as a Microsoft Word Document and or written to you in an e-mail. This written document is provided in the
same format as that which I follow in a personal, phone or audio-taped
consultation as this is a voice activated typed document.
Information Regarding Computer
Generated Reports
Computer generated reports are
available and will be sent to you by email as a WORD Document. If you wish the report to be sent to you
in an earlier version of Word, or as Text File, etc., please note this in the
Comments Section of the Order Form.

information you will be returned to the Chart and
Customer Order Form Section on this page to complete your order

Personal Checks or Money Orders are also
accepted. Please complete
the Order Information form, print it out and mail to the address provided at
the end of this page. Your reports
will be mailed within 24 hours with money order payment. Please allow 2 weeks
for processing of personal checks.
